For professionals
The client gift that gets opened again.
The Pro Edition is the Family File with your firm's logo on the cover and your contacts inside. Clients use it to record where everything is and who to call. You're on the page they turn to.
From 10 copies. Quoted and invoiced, not paid through the shop cart.

Why it matters to your clients
Most families have never written any of this down. When something happens, the people left to sort it out often don't know where to start.
A Family File gives clients a simple, useful thing to do with an afternoon, and gives their families a map. It also keeps your firm's name and number in the one book they'll reach for.
Who gives it
The same book works across practices. Here's how different firms put it to use.
Financial advisors
A review-meeting or onboarding gift. Clients record where accounts are and whether beneficiary designations are on file, and your contacts sit on the page their family will turn to first.
Estate attorneys
Hand it over at the signing. The documents you drafted say who and what. The Family File records where the originals are kept and who to call.
Funeral homes and hospices
The Next Steps File helps families through the weeks after a service, at $25 per family, invoiced monthly. The Family File fits naturally into pre-planning conversations.
Insurance agents
Agents who market Medicare plans give the Medicare Edition of Essentials, which stays at or under the $15 nominal-gift limit. For life and home clients, the Family File makes a thoughtful gift at policy delivery.
Senior-care providers
Add it to move-in or intake packets, so families have one place for contacts, care preferences and where the paperwork lives.
Realtors
A closing gift that's actually useful, paid for by you as your own gift. The Home File, a closing-gift edition, is coming soon; the Family File works today.
What co-branding looks like
Your logo goes in a band on the front cover, your contact block goes on the back, and a page inside lists your firm's contacts. Everything else stays the same book, so it never reads like an ad.

Built for compliance review
Every Kin & Keep book records facts and locations. Nothing in it recommends, advises or sells, so there is little for your compliance team to untangle.
What's in every edition
- Places to record what exists, where it's kept and who to call
- Last four digits only, never full numbers
- Prompts like "Ask your attorney whether..." where a professional should weigh in
- Your logo, your contact block and your contacts page, nothing more
- The disclaimer below, printed inside every book
What's never in it
- Legal forms of any kind, including wills, powers of attorney, trusts and beneficiary forms
- Legal, tax, investment or insurance advice
- Product recommendations or named financial products
- Referrals to specific professionals
- Requests for full account numbers, Social Security numbers or passwords
No client data reaches us, or you, through the book. We never see what clients write. Their file lives on their paper or their own device.
A packet for your reviewers. We send the full content outline, page proofs and the disclaimer text so your team can review before you order. The books are built for compliance review; approving them is your firm's call, and we never describe them as approved.
Gift rules. The Medicare Edition keeps its retail value at or under $15. Other industries set their own gift limits, so check yours before giving. We pay no referral fees to licensed professionals, and realtors pay for their own closing gifts.
Kin & Keep organizers are for recording information. They are not legal documents and do not replace a will, trust or power of attorney, or advice from an attorney, tax professional, financial professional or insurance professional.
Nothing in our books or on this site is legal, tax, investment or insurance advice. Laws differ by state. For decisions about your estate, talk with a licensed professional in your state.
